Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download from Apple App Store (iOS) one copy of HMNPlayer Pro per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • - use the application for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • - attempt to decompile or reverse engineer or modify in any way HMNPlayer Pro application;
  • - remove or modify any copyright or other proprietary notations from HMNPlayer Pro application;

Disclaimer

HMNPlayer Pro application is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee the stability or reliability of the application or any of the content users add in the application.

Please note that HMNPlayer Pro does not provide any content and we are not responsible for the quality of the content or the content itself our users add and use through the app.

Paid Subscription

You can decide to use paid subscription on a month-to-month basis directly from our application to unlock more functionality and remove advertisements, until subscription is terminated.

Unless you cancel your subscription before your monthly billing date, you authorise us to charge your next month's subscription fee, Apple App Store (iOS) billing services. You can find specific details regarding your subscription or recent payments by visiting Apple App Store (iOS) with your account.

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Payments can be refundable if Apple App Store (iOS) gives you the options to do that. To cancel subscription, go to Apple App Store (iOS) and follow the instructions for cancellation.

We may change our subscription plans and the price of our subscriptions from time to time.

We offer a free trial for a duration of 3 days, to allow users to try the subscription. You will be charged for your monthly subscription at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the free trial. To cancel, go to Apple App Store (iOS) and follow the instructions for cancellation.

Limitations

In no event shall we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use HMNPlayer Pro, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

We may revise these terms of service for our application at any time without notice. By using HMNPlayer Pro you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
